Hot Tub Repair & Servicing
We offer a wide range of repair services to anyone who needs it. You do not have to be on our regular maintenance schedule. We work on all brands of hot tubs and will fit everyone in our schedule as quickly as we can. Whether it is a heating issue, leaks, circulation issues, or problem with your pump(s) and control panels, we can troubleshoot for you and get you an estimate for us to repair.
New Hot Tub Sales
We now offer Coast Spas hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunge and hot/cold plunge. We have a wide variety of styles sure to fit your needs. These tubs have the best filtration system that is equivalent to commercial grade filtration that you would find in a hotel/public pool or spa.
Weekly Hot Tub Maintenance
We offer either weekly or bi-weekly spa visits for personal residences. Rentals require weekly visits. On our arrival we will test and balance water, clean filters regularly and replace as needed, vacuum and skim as needed and check the overall general health and wellbeing of your spa. Should a problem arise, we will contact you for approval prior to any repair service. We also drain and clean upon request or when water quality indicates it is needed.
Winterization & Opening
We have many clients who leave the valley for several months at a time and desire to close their hot tubs. We offer winterization of tubs almost year-round. Draining the tub, blowing out lines and pumps, etc. We prefer to do these prior to the Montana winter setting in to avoid any freezing issues.
We also can come and open your tub, either one that has been winterized or when purchasing a new tub. Services include re-filling the tub, checking for leaks and that all is working properly as well as initial chemical balancing.
Relocation of Hot Tubs
At Big Mountain Spa Sales and Service we can relocate your spa, whether it be across the yard or across town. We can also remove and dispose of spas that are no longer wanted. We have a specialized Spa Dolly to accomplish the task.
Used Hot Tub Sales
We also often have refurbished spas in stock. They come with a limited 6-month warranty, and we can deliver and remove and dispose of old spas.
